*Greenwood** Village** Police Abuse John Wiechec

Planned Parenthood is building the largest death camp in the country to date in Denver, Colorado. Pro lifers there are making a monumental effort to stop the construction of the new super-sized killing center.
Included in that effort is Ron Brock who drives a large ostentatious truth truck displaying large graphic pictures of aborted babies along with scripture verses and the Weitz company name. His truck was parked outside of Bill Hornaday’s home several mornings a week. Bill Hornaday is the president of The Weitz Company Rocky Mountain. One of his neighbors lied about Ron’s peaceful morning protests in the neighborhood and got a temporary restraining order against Ron. In an effort to fight the restraining order in court Ron needed to subpoena two Greenwood Village police officers.
Fellow pro-lifer and friend, John Wiechec, volunteered to serve the subpoenas on the two policemen at the Greenwood Village police department. On the evening of December 17, 2008 Ron left a voice message on Officer Michael W. Fultineer’s phone alerting him to the fact that a subpoena would be delivered to him the following day. John was able to reach Officer Gipson on the phone and made arrangements to meet him at 10:15am the next morning, Dec. 18^th . At 10:15 the following morning John met Officer Gipson, shook his hand and gave him the subpoena. John then asked the receptionist if he could speak to Officer Fultineer. When the officer walked into the lobby, John held out his hand to shake Officer Fultineer’s hand and gave him the subpoena. Officer Fultineer threw the subpoena on a nearby chair, grabbed John’s hand and twisted John’s arm up behind his back. John was confused, but allowed Office Fultineer to throw him to the ground and search his pockets. He then told John to sit in a chair and five other officers entered the room. Officer Fultineer told them that he “had” to tussle with John. John told the sergeant that entered the room that he did not “have” to tussle with him; he had just tried to hand Officer Fultineer a subpoena. The sergeant told John to “shut up” or he’d be arrested. John complied. The sergeant continued to yell and make a scene for another minute.
John was given a ticket for disobeying a lawful order and disturbing the peace. Before he left the building he asked for the name of the receptionist who witnessed the incident and one of the officers told him that he would find out in court. Fortunately, John has ascertained the name of the receptionist and a copy of the police video tape of the incident. When asked about the incident John said, “I’m thankful that office Fultineer did not shoot me.” John is now in the process of finding a lawyer to represent him at his arraignment on January 23rd .

Nice picture of Jo in USN & WR recently.
Missing all y'all, but not much else about Denver since moving to Ft. Collins 3 years ago.
Below is what I sent to attempt getting back in the fray:
LETTER AND OFFER TO HELP COLORADO FOR EQUAL RIGHTS
Thank you and God Bless Kristi, Colorado for Equal Rights and others who have been at the forefront of the Right to and Sanctity of Life movements! It was my honor and pleasure to be associated with what I call the "John Brown Harper's Ferry" contingent of the Right to Life group, Ken & Jo Scott et al before moving to Ft. Collins from Denver 3 years ago. I had seen the article about "Equal Rights for the Unborn" in the paper, then in USN & WR, and had signed the petition at last Tuesday's Larimer County Republican Women's meeting. Mary Ann San Filippo, whom I was glad to see recovering well from her serious illness, was circulating it. I was particularly glad to see this effort initiated because I have advocated for some time that, rather than succumb to the pro-abortion establishment forces setting the LIFE agenda, that we should be talking about "Human Lives in Process," not getting into the rhetorical morass of embryo, fetus, baby, child. I live in Ft. Collins at the Northern Hotel, 172 N. College #4H, 80524, attend numerous church, community and political activities, being a recovered Democrat and born again Republican it predominates Republican, and chair a "Judeo-Christian value based Constitutional Conservative" issues breakfast, a.k.a. Republican issues breakfast on Friday mornings. The Friday meeting is north central Colorado with regular attenders from Boulder, Larimer, Broomfield and Weld County with an occasional Adams, Jefferson or Denver county. We have program presenters from El Paso Countiy as well. I send out 150+ email notices of my meeting each week. Several things: 1.) Please put me on your email list to let me know what is going on so I can pass it on, 2.) I would happily serve as Ft. Collins contact for your efforts and can probably quickly line up others and distribute the petitions through our Alpha Center. In addition, I have similar church and political network and connections in Weld County. Being a UNC alumnae and having worked for the North Central Colorado Teachers Association in the early to mid 80's, my roots/contacts there are actually more substantial than they are in Larimer County. My family has lived in Longmont since 1967, and I have similarly strong ties there; 3.) Would Kristi or someone else be available to do a program for us at the Friday breakfast in February? So far, I don't have anything scheduled, so any Friday would do. We meet at the El Vaquero restaurant from 7 to 8:30 a.m., Hwy. 66 & I-25 (Longmont/Lyons/Platteville, exit 243, east end of the John Deere implement co.). Program is a whole hour from 7:30 to 8:30 with a group that is conservative enough that we thought about calling it "The Flat Earth Society North." I also have good contacts in the Arapahoe County Republican Men's Club, the Jefferson County Republican breakfast group, Weld, Larimer, and Boulder County Republican breakfasts. If you have not already done so, Evangelical Presbyterian churches, especially Cherry Creek Presbyterian Church and their "Servants Equipping and Educating Disciples for Society (SEEDS) group, Lynn Hart, founder, Cherry Hills Community Church, and Greenwood Community Church, Heritage Christian Center, Faith Bible Chapel and Orchard Road Christian Center are excellent places to light a fire for this effort. Promisekeepers, Full Gospel Businessmen Fellowship, Andrew Kaminski, International Director and Chuck Colson's Prison Fellowship are some other potential resources with which I have had substantial association. Finally, with and through the above network and in conjunction with Right to Life and other pro life groups, PLEASE GET THE PETITIONS AND A RESOLUTION INTO THE HANDS OF PRO LIFE PEOPLE WHO WILL, OR SHOULD, ATTEND THEIR PRECINCT CAUCUSES BEBRUARY 5TH!!!
