The old pro-choice abortion-as-non-homicide argument is dead. Congratulations to RTLs, but the abortion-on-demand-as-justifiable-homicide argument will be much harder to beat, maybe impossible.
It is indeed unfortunate for RTLs that just when new medical imaging technology has persuaded everyone that unborn are live persons, transplant technology is convincing us that we are entitled to control the contents of our bodies, and avoid major medical/surgical traumas (such as organ-donation and childbirth) EVEN at the cost of innocent persons' lives. This forces RTLs to demand SPECIAL rights, not equal rights, for the unborn. Personhood alone won't do it for you.
