23+23=46, No really!

Ok, it really irks me to give RHReality Check's Wendy Norris credit for anything, but I have to thank her for giving my first attempt at stand up comedy a plug!

And she didn't even make note that I kind of mangled the punch line!

Her report and Tweets from our Personhood CO petition turn in and rally spread the word about our amazing feat (imo) of turning in nearly 80,000 signatures Friday to the Secretary of State. She gave my opening line a bit of note:

"I hope nobody minds but I did bring my crib notes with me today," Hanks said as she flashed her palm at the supporters. "In case you can't see this it says 23 + 23 = 46. One precious new human being made in God's image. That's embryology 101 for those egg-as-a-person supporters who might be in the audience."

but sadly went on to outright lie about me. What up, Wendy?

"While Mason tried to strike an upbeat note for the group's first 2010 state ballot test, the gathering took on a decidedly strange and nastier tone after he introduced Colorado ballot co-sponsors, Gualberto Garcia Jones and Leslie Hanks. During their turns at the stacked box podium, each took verbal swipes at Planned Parenthood of the Rocky Mountains communications director Monica McCafferty, who quietly watched the event from the back of the room, RH Reality Check and this reporter."

I never said a single word about the rather stunning red-head, Monica.

Of course, PP has a history of using attractive, black sophisticated people, as well, to sell their deadly wares.

If one reads the article, the so-called "verbal swipe" is never mentioned after the claim is made.

Journalistic sloppiness or malpractice, you decide?

Personhood Supporters Mince No Words, Seek To Outlaw Abortion

Opponents: Measure Likely To Fail Again

By Lance Hernandez, 7NEWS Reporter

DENVER -- When is a person a person, at the point of birth, or the point of conception?
Colorado voters may get another chance to decide that issue.

Members of Personhood Colorado turned in nearly 80,000 signatures to the Secretary of State’s office in an effort to get a proposed amendment on to the ballot.

They want to outlaw abortion.

“This amendment would change the pre-born child’s status from being property, which it currently is in Colorado, to being a human,” said Keith Mason, co-founder of Personhood USA.

Tuesday: This one's for you!!

This past summer I had the privilege of traveling to Las Vegas for a national PersonhoodUSA strategy meeting and the honor of actually being able to say a few words to the assembled about our efforts in Colorado
to legally protect pre-born babies in the womb.

As I shared about our newly launched campaign to champion life, I lapsed into a teary moment of explanation about why I decided to be a sponsor of Personhood CO 2010. My family's world had just months before been rocked by the death of our 2 year old twin granddaughter, Tuesday.

The brief message I shared that day was that life had become even more intensely special to me, since suffering such profound loss.

I told my peers that I was doing the Personhood campaign for Tuesday, "because she was so precious - and every baby is so precious and worthy of protection and welcoming into our human family."

Yes, every baby is precious - because he or she is a gift from Almighty God - and should be protected by love and law.

And so today I celebrate! As I will have the honor of delivering box after box of petitions to the Colorado Secretary of State representing the blood, sweat and tears of our volunteers in the state that started the abortion holocaust.

We are a cultural cadre - a remnant, if you will. We celebrate life! We honor God and we praise him for every new day that we are given to serve Him.

Thank you Jesus for inspiring our volunteers to work so hard these past 6 months to make it possible for us to go to the Secretary of State's office with our love offering to you and for the babies!

Thank you precious Tuesday for reminding me every time I wondered if we could do it, that for you and all the little ones, I had no choice.

PERSONHOOD CO - No signature left behind campaign!

Well we are down to the wire, in Colorado and Mississippi! And, other states are joining the Personhood movement almost daily.

The Lord has called a remnant to put aside frivolous things and get serious about ending child killing in our lifetime.

I've been fighting for the rights of the pre-born since 1986 and even for laws with which I now disagree - regulating abortion.
Yes, I repent !!

I haven't seen it likely that abortion would be really ended, until I've had the honor and thrill of being directly involved in the Personhood Colorado 2010 redux of Amendment 48 - which garnered 600,000 votes in 2008.

Will you please pray fervently for our final 48 hours that every person who has a petition, with any signatures on it, will get it to either Colorado Right to Life or Personhood Colorado's offices before the end of Thursday, October 11, 2010? If you have a relative in Colorado who hasn't had a chance to sign a petition, have them call CRL - 303-753-9394 or Personhood CO at 303-456-2600.

The babies love you and will thank you, who will receive legal protection from the beginning of biological development - if we get on the ballot, and educate effectively about their infinitely valuable dignity and humanity !!

ENDING ABORTION IN OUR LIFETIMES! WHAT A CONCEPT!!!

In the words of the inspirational Winston Churchill, Never give up, never give up, never, never, never!!!!!!!

Black Athlete Boomerang!

Look for evil Planned Parenthood's Superbowl ad, exploiting black athletes, to backfire.

Their founder, Margaret Sanger, was a racist and PP targets black babies - nearly 1,500 die by abortion daily. It's about time for that news to go viral and because they couldn't let Tim Tebow's story be told without firing back, they just might have shot themselves in the foot.

PP clinics are routinely placed in minority neighborhoods and though black woman comprise 6% of the population, they receive over 30% of America's abortions.

And oh yes, last year, they agreed to take donations to kill black babies, as James O'Keefe exposed.

Reverend Clenard Childress' website, Blackgenocide.org, has been
educating on the decimation of his race for years.

The timing of Planned Parenthood, on what should become a PR disaster, is just perfect!

Seems a new website will be a blockbuster in opening eyes to the shameful genocide that has been perpetrated by the slick and well funded death peddlers: Toomanyaborted.com

And the incredible movie Maafa 21, which is about to burst onto the radar screen, documents Ms Sanger's evil, eugenic intent so clearly, the
genie will never go back into the bottle!

Ephesians 2: 8-10

Of course Heisman Trophy winner, Tim Tebow, is and will continue to be all over the media as the
Super Bowl approaches and the microcosm of pro-life v pro-death voices continue to elevate
to a fevered pitch, culminating in an ad during the biggest game of the year, or not . . .

But for today, there is a neat side effect as the tempest in a teapot rages.

The Denver Post's Sunday edition has a relatively balanced editorial, "Nothing Wrong With Tebow Ad," written by a self-proclaimed agnostic.

While I can agree with his sentiments,

"Progressives who are protesting against CBS for deciding to air a Focus on the Family ad during the Super Bowl are likely hurting their cause more than serving it.

I'm an agnostic who supports a woman's right to choose and not given to feeling protective of Focus on the Family. But in this case, I think the Christian ministry is being bullied. Why shouldn't the group be allowed to showcase Pam Tebow, the pro-life Christian mother of Heisman Trophy winner Tim Tebow?"

Read more:

I think the bigger story for me is the photo accompanying our local coverage of the national flap - a sweet one of Tim and his Mom, Pam.

Tim has some scripture in the black football players wear below their eyes in order to deflect glare.

When I did a Google search on Ephesians to see what message he was trying to send the world, this week as he stands in the spotlight, I was incredulous to discover the first verse to pop up with Ephesians put in the search window was the verse under his eyes - Ephesians 2:8-10.

While the feminist harpies, squeal about whether Pam Tebow's noble choice should be aired during the Super Bowl, they would be wiser to ponder the meaning of the verse this humble young man chose to impact hearts and minds.

"For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God:
Not of works, lest any man should boast. For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto good works, which God hath before ordained that we should walk in them."

Baby Isaiah given 3 days to live by government
Parents fight socialized-medicine machine to keep newborn from having plug pulled

By Drew Zahn

Isaiah James May was born a little after 5 p.m. on Oct. 24, 2009, and was scheduled to die this past week – on Wednesday, Jan. 20 – just short of his three-month birthday.

That was the day chosen by Canada's publicly funded, government health service as the deadline for Isaiah to recover from his traumatic birth or be taken off life-support.

"There is no hope of recovery for Isaiah," reads a letter from Alberta Health Services delivered to Isaiah's parents and dated one week before the health care system intended to pull the plug on the baby it has determined irreparably brain damaged.

"Your treating physicians regretfully have come to the conclusion that withdrawal of active treatment is medically reasonable, ethically responsible and appropriate," the letter states. "We must put the interests of your son foremost, and it is in his best interests to discontinue mechanical ventilation support."

Personhood: Keeping the dream alive!

On this anniversary of Martin Luther King's birthday, this Washington Times Op-ed piece by his niece, Dr. Alveda King, is a timely reminder of the epic struggle to restore legal protection to all lives from the beginning of their biological development.

The burgeoning Personhood movement is on the march and will, at the same time, help restore MLK's dream of recognizing the inherent human rights, dignity and worth of all human beings.

Pastor Walter Hoye and Lila Rose are heading up the California Personhood effort and their focus on civil rights is front and center.

Thank you, Dr. Alveda King for reminding us what this generational struggle is really about!

"The abortionist's eye is on us"

Alveda C. King

Let me begin by telling you that two of 50 million children taken away by abortionists since 1973 were mine. I can still see them in my mind's eye.

Like many black women, I once believed the doctor who told me my babies were no more than "a blob of tissue." I wanted to believe it. Eventually, I realized I was wrong, that I was a secondary victim of abortion. I repented and found healing through God. Today, I work in the civil rights movement of the our century -- the right of every one of every race to live.

I am asking you to join me. Let me tell you why. Abortion and racism are evil twins, born of the same lie. Where racism now hides its face in public, abortion is accomplishing the goals of which racism only once dreamed. Together, abortionists are destroying humanity at large and the black community in particular.

Abortion has taken a gruesome toll on the black community, killing more than AIDS and crime combined. Some 14 million black babies have been aborted since the 1973 U.S. Supreme Court Roe v. Wade decision that legalized abortion in all stages in all 50 states. That's equal to one-third of the number of blacks living today.

The case for Roe collapses!

'Personhood' to be theme at 2010 Roe anniversary

Blackmun: If this is established, abortion 'rights' would, of course, 'collapse'

At the annual March for Life Jan. 22, pro-life groups will use the anniversary of the 1973 Roe v. Wade Supreme Court decision to raise the profile of "personhood."

The term is used by a movement in state legislatures to define unborn babies as persons, affording them the same guaranteed right to life as all other Americans.

Probably the first definitive statement on the idea came from Justice Harry Blackmun, who wrote the majority opinion for Roe v. Wade, when he said: "The appellee and certain amici [pro-lifers] argue that the fetus is a 'person' within the language and meaning of the Fourteenth Amendment. In support of this, they outline at length and in detail the well-known facts of fetal development. If this suggestion of personhood is established, the appellant's case, of course, collapses, for the fetus' right to life would then be guaranteed specifically by the [14th] Amendment."
(Story continues below)

Personhood Colorado 2010's Co-sponsor, Gualberto Garcia Jones, Youtube video brings to life the oral arguments phase of the actual Roe v Wade Supreme Court decision.

This year's March for Life events around the country are guaranteed to bring hope to a nation weary of over 40 years of destroying innocent lives - hope for the first time that, "abortion might end in my lifetime."

Shocking Reversal: Researcher at National Cancer Institute Admits Abortions DO Raise Breast Cancer Risks

"Although the study was published nine months ago, the NCI, the American Cancer Society, Susan G. Komen for the Cure and other cancer fundraising businesses have made no efforts to reduce breast cancer rates by issuing nationwide warnings to women."

Less than two months since the U.S. Preventive Services Task Force issued new guidelines recommending against routine mammograms for women in their forties, a second breast cancer scandal involving a U.S. government panel of experts has come to light which has implications for healthcare reform.

An April 2009 study by Jessica Dolle et al. of the Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center examining the relationship between oral contraceptives (OCs) and triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC) in women under age 45 contained an admission from U.S. National Cancer Institute (NCI) researcher Louise Brinton and her colleagues (including Janet Daling) that abortion raises breast cancer risk by 40%.

"Why I Can't Wait" - Elegant Defense of the black child in the womb

Pastor Walter Hoye writes the most compelling case for ending abortion written in years in
this essay, addressing the naysayers about the rapidly growing Personhood Movement. Launched in Colorado with Kristi Burton's Amendment 48 citizen's initiative to legally protect the baby in the womb, from the beginning of that child's biological development, now over 40 states are pursuing similar efforts to end legalized child killing.

Co-sponsor of the California Personhood initiative along with the indomitable Lila Rose of Live Action, he has also founded the California Civil Rights Foundation.

Expect to see more of this cultural warrior, who recently served some time in prison for witnessing to women about to end the lives of their growing, developing, pre-born babies. His powerful witness for black americans will deservedly rock our nation!

When a new human life begins! An expert speaks.

How quickly does this fusion between sperm and egg take place?

It’s a very rapid event. In less than a second, an entirely new human cell comes into existence. This new human cell (known as a zygote) has a unique molecular composition that’s distinct from either the sperm or the egg. And its behavior also differs radically from that of either sperm or egg.

In what way?

Well, for example, the zygote’s first act is to change its composition so no other sperm can bind to its surface. This happens within the first 30 minutes following sperm-egg fusion.

So you’re saying this little single cell biologically acts as a coordinated whole “in its own interest,” so to speak?

I would say that even at the one-cell stage, the zygote is directing its own development. About five or six days later, at about the time of implantation, the embryo produces a hormone that can be detected in the mother’s blood or urine to tell her she’s pregnant.

New movie recycles old pro-abort lie! Parasite or Posterity?

A new pro abortion movie which purports to explore both sides of the contentious issue of whether babies in-utero are targets for destruction, has disturbing dialog calling a baby in the womb a parasite.

The habit of dehumanization of our tiniest citizens isn't new. "FETUS" has been a word much maligned and which has been
particularly effective in making mommies believe their posterity is nothing more than a nuisance to be eradicated from sight and mind. "Egg as Person" was the most absurd yet effective meme of Colorado's Amendment 48 Personhood 2008 campaign. RH Reality Check had lots of fun pretending they had a clue about embryology and mocking the individuals who truly believe that life is sacred and worthy of legal protection from the beginning of the baby's biological beginning.

Southdakotathemovie.com repeats both lies and the time to rebut them is long overdue.

Far from being a new slogan, as some have feared, the parasitic claim was proclaimed by feminist
icon and family destroyer, Gloria Steinem.

UNBORN BABIES ARE "PARASITES"

"A woman would have the right to abortion just as she has a right to remove any parasitic growth from her body." (Gloria Steinem, author and feminist leader, on CNN, Sept. 9, 1981.)

Main Entry: pos·ter·i·ty

Roe V Wade was about Personhood: Abolishing abortion is too!

The mystery is why pro-lifers don't believe what Harry Blackmun and other justices raised during the oral arguments for Roe v Wade. This Youtube explains.

Blackmun said if "personhood" could be established for a fetus, then "the fetus' right to life would be guaranteed" by the 14th Amendment to the U.S. Constitution.

PersonhoodUSA.com explains, Person n. A human being.

"A person, simply put, is a human being. This fact should be enough. The intrinsic humanity of unborn children, by definition, makes them persons and should, therefore, guarantee their protection under the law. For more than thirty years, however, this has not been the case. The situation we are left with is this. In America today, there is a huge and singular group of living human beings who have no protection under the law and are being killed en masse every day. Is that not astounding?! It is astounding, but not wholly unprecedented.

There have been at least two other instances in American history in which specific groups of human beings were stripped of their rights of personhood as a means of justifying their horrible mistreatment. African-Americans and Native-Americans both felt the brunt of a system which denied their humanity, stripped their personhood and subjected them to horrors beyond measure. While the legal framework that made such injustice possible has now been removed, it remains firmly in place for unborn Americans.

There remains one, and only one, group of human beings in the U.S. today for which being human is not enough. The inconvenience of their existence has resulted in a legal loophole of shameful proportions. What is a person? A person is a human being (unless, of course, you haven't been born yet, in which case we'll define personhood in any way possible so as to exclude you, kill you and forget you)."
