PLEADING TO ABORT AND PLEADING TO
REMOVE A DAUGHTER'S FEEDING TUBE?

Do we have a common theme in Edith Tower's
world view?

In this Youtube video, Lauren's father, Randy
Richardson, explains his former wife, Edith's
role in Lauren's current state of limbo.

One would think her former pro-death proclivities
would disqualify her from having Lauren's best
interests at heart.

One would be wrong!

To quote Pastor Bob Enyart, "It's no longer a justice system,
it's just a system!"

BOB'S FOCUSED ON FEDERAL ISSUES! ????

Dear Bob,
Thank you for contacting the Bob Schaffer for U.S. Senate Campaign, we appreciate hearing from you. Bob has not taken a public position on a proposed Colorado Human Life Amendment. The proposed amendment is still in the process of meeting the necessary requirements to make it on to the ballot. Additionally Bob has been focused on federal issues, rather than state issues, since he is running for federal office.

Bob believes in the sanctity of life. He has a consistent pro-life voting record and will continue that record in the U.S. Senate. Bob consistently earned 100% ratings from the National Right to Life while serving in the U.S. House of
Representatives. Promoting human dignity cannot, or course, end at birth. Bob also believes we should be doing more to promote adoption, as well as giving parents the tools to provide children with adequate health care and a quality education.

If you have any further questions or comments for Bob or the campaign, please do not hesitate to contact us again.

Sincerely,

Joshua Shields
Bob Schaffer for U.S. Senate Campaign

Bob to the pre-born: Later!

DO WE LOVE GOD'S WORD THIS MUCH?
Cal's report from China!

"It was nineteen years ago when I first went to China with Bibles. Five of us successfully got 1,300 lbs. of Bibles to northern China. "Charles" met us and got our load safely to the Christians. Feeling like a hero of the Cross after a long, hot, dirty train ride, I asked him about who all was receiving this shipment of Bibles. "It sure was a lot of work to get them here. I sure hope that they appreceiate them."

Charles told us that our load was slotted for 50 house-Church pastors who were currently students at a big university in the city. It was the middle of June. They were to graduate at the end of June and return to their home cities with Bibles. Charles had give one of them a Bible and a couple of Gospel tracts in early March. As a student, this pastor got the equivalent of $.50 per day for food. For $.20 daily, this pastor could buy one scoop of steamed white rice. At the end of every week he saved enough money from not eating to purchase a postage stamp and an envelope. For three and one-half months he tore a couple of pages out of his Bible and weekly sent them home to his city in southwest China. Charles had just visited him the night before our arrival. He was having dizzy spells, had blacked-out once, and had some internal bleeding. Out of three stages of malnutrition, this guy was in number two! Charles lovingly advised him to not send any pages home that week but to buy and eat some vegetables, fruit, and meat. After all, he would be back home in two weeks. The young pastor/student replied, "Brother, you hurt me."

"I'm sorry. What is it?" asked Charles.

This humble Christian went on, "Brother, you offend me. You don't know what you are talking about. In my home city, we have a church of over 200 Christians ready to die for Jesus. Many more people are hungry to know about God also. In our church, we only had two pages of the Bible. When you become a new believer, and are ready to die for Jesus, and get baptized, then you get to look at one of page of the Bible. You do nothing else until you have that page memorized. Then, you give it back to the church and the next person starts memorizing it so the pages are always being memorized. We pray and take turns fasting, asking God to give our church one Bible. How can I sin against God? How can I sin against my brothers and sisters in my home church by living here in luxury with a Bible and not sharing it with them?"

I didn't feel like a hero of the Cross anymore. I repented and asked God to teach me to love and to give like that. Thus, I keep taking teams back to China to bless our persecuted brothers and sisters.

In my next column, I'll describe how you can help get Bibles into China through the mail, financial donations, and taking them in yourself.

Lauren Richardson Case Eerily Similar To Schiavo

The clock is ticking away the life of Lauren Marie Richardson, a 23-year-old woman who suffered an anoxic brain injury as the result of a heroin overdose in August 2006. A decision is due any day whether Lauren lives or dies. She has been sentenced to death by dehydration and starvation by Delaware Court of Chancery Master Sam Glasscock III by granting guardianship to her mother who wants to remove Lauren’s feeding tube which will result in her painful and agonizing death, in the same manner as Terri Schiavo.

(continued . . .)

LET LAUREN LIVE ALERT !!!!

Great News - Lauren's video resurfaces!

Lauren Richardson's father Randy had been thwarted
in his efforts to save his daughter by a court order
forbidding the youtube video of Lauren interacting with
her dog and friends.

The video clearly shows that Lauren is NOT in a persistent
vegetative state, which her mother Edith is claiming.

Edith has custody of Lauren's baby girl and has never allowed
them to visit.

What kind of grandmother would be so unkind to her daughter,
as to keep her from her baby and try to have her starved?

PERHAPS THIS MOTHER'S DAY WOULD BE A GREAT DAY TO MAKE
AMENDS, Edith !!!!

LEST WE FORGET

ISRAEL: Holocaust remembrance day begins loaded week

This is the most loaded week in Israel's year. One week of grounding; an anchor, a reality-check, the center of gravity.

Holocaust Remembrance Day is being marked Thursday. In exactly one week, the country shall commemorate its war and terror victims, back to back with Independence Day the following day. The essence of Israeliness compressed into a week of transitions: past to present, grief to celebration, individual to collective, Jew to Israeli.

The changes are sharp, nearly impossible at times. Yet most Israelis are accustomed to furious swinging of the pendulum of its national mood and emotions.

A week apart, Holocaust Remembrance and Independence Day - with the price paid for the latter in between - are bookends containing the modern text of a nation; the commemoration days were among the first laws passed by Israeli governments.

This year, aside from remembering those who perished, Holocaust Remembrance Day is dedicated to the living survivors. "On this day more than any other day - we bow deeply in gratitude; we stand erect in boundless pride of the contribution by Holocaust survivors to building this country," said Prime Minister Olmert last night at Yad VaShem.

But it is more than gratitude the aging survivors need. 90,000 of the 260,000 survivors living in Israel today live below the line of poverty. Olmert also admitted that "the State did not always fulfill its duty to the survivors. Regrettably, we sinned and failed by depriving the survivors of their right to live a life of quality and dignity... We spoke of the Holocaust and its lessons, of the murderers and their victims, but our eyes were blind to some of the survivors who lived lives of wretchedness and poverty. There is no justification for this nor can it be forgiven." We have changed this, he said, with the allocation of special funds.

Many survivors did not talk about their experiences during the country's early years. Too fresh, too raw, too alien the contradiction to the strong, self-reliant Sabra image Israel was trying to forge. Busy building its future, the young nation embraced survivors as immigrants with a role in the national enterprise but less as individual witnesses. Few asked. Even fewer answered.

The trial of Adolph Eichmann marked the change. 110 survivors testified in the trial, which undid the unspoken vow of silence. Survivors were recognized as individuals, with experiences that were personal and not only collective. The Holocaust acquired faces and names, and the often oppressive silence in which survivors' children were raised began to be put into words. Israel's population in 1961, the year of the trial, was 2 million. Of these, a quarter were holocaust survivors.

OR REPEAT!!

Fried: Schaffer's Macaca Moment in the Marianas

By Eric Fried
April 30, 2008

About the author:

Eric Fried hopes Bob Schaffer keeps this story going at eric@pvgreens.org

Is Bob Schaffer having his macaca moment over the Mariana Islands?

If you have forgotten, or never knew, “macaca” was the infamous racial epithet that sunk the 2006 re-election campaign (and presidential hopes) of Virginia Sen. George Allen. Flustered by an opposing campaign volunteer videotaping him, Allen hurled the derogatory term (used by French colonials comparing native Africans to macaque monkeys) at S.R. Sidarth, a native-born Virginian of Indian ancestry. Though Allen eventually apologized, after trotting out multiple non-credible explanations for his outburst, his campaign manager never did, instead aggressively attacking the media for reporting the story and portraying his client as the victim. The genius who drove Allen's campaign into the ditch was “Dirty” Dick Wadhams, now managing Bob Schaffer's run for Colorado's open U.S. Senate seat (while simultaneously running the Colorado Republican Party).

Though you'd get no clue from reading our moribund local daily, the story all over the Denver media and burning up the blogosphere revolves around then-Fort Collins Congressman Schaffer's lavish 1999 junket to the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, a U.S. territory notorious for its near-slavery working conditions. To cut to the heart of this twisted and sordid tale, imprisoned ex-lobbyist Jack Abramoff and indicted ex-Congressional Majority Leader Tom Delay were spreading big bucks around to keep a “Made in the U.S.A.” label on these sweatshop goods while exempting the territory from U.S. labor laws. The Senate finally closed this loophole earlier this month on a 91-4 vote.

So how did this long-forgotten issue come back from the dead? Amazingly, Schaffer himself revived it! In a Denver Post profile, he pointed to the Marianas as a model for the kind of guest worker program he'd like to see adopted nationally to help fix our broken immigration system. That set the scribes to researching the 1999 trip, complete with travel arrangements handled by Abramoff's firm, free accommodations for Bob and his wife Maureen at a beach resort, meetings with Abramoff clients like the Saipan Garment Manufacturers' Association, and some lovely parasailing lessons. The textile factory owners told Bob that labor conditions were peachy keen and all the reports of workers imported from China and Bangladesh under false pretenses, housed in barracks surrounded by barbed wire, laboring 12 hours a day, seven days a week, desperately trying to make their quotas, were just a smear campaign cooked up by union bosses. And so Bob dutifully reported back. Mission accomplished.

When the dirty laundry re-aired, Wadhams used the same tactic that worked so well in Virginia that it tipped control of the entire U.S. Senate to the Democrats. He belligerently blamed the media and portrayed his client as the victim. When the story did not blow away from Dick's bluster, Bob went on talk radio to explain that he hardly knew Abramoff, and that the trip was sponsored by a California-based religious group (cue the herald angels) called the Traditional Values Coalition (TVC). According to the Post article, TVC often “acted virtually as a political arm of Abramoff's lobbying operation.”

One group not buying Schaffer's explanation is the anti-abortion movement, which should be firmly in his camp. Colorado Right to Life accused him of ignoring the well-documented practice of forced abortions when factory workers get pregnant. Steve Curtis, head of American Right to Life Action and a former chairman of the Colorado Republican Party, told the Post "the pro-life movement will no longer give a pass to candidates like Bob Schaffer which should be firmly in his camp. Colorado Right to Life accused him of ignoring the well-documented practice of forced abortions when factory workers get pregnant. Steve Curtis, head of American Right to Life Action and a former chairman of the Colorado Republican Party, told the Post "the pro-life movement will no longer give a pass to candidates like Bob Schaffer who look the other way when Chinese women are forced to abort their children." Both groups reportedly asked to meet with Schaffer, who declined. Besides, Schaffer noted that in his five days there, “I did not observe a forced abortion.” Um, Bob, they probably don't do that at the resort pool or right in front of visiting Congressmen. Maybe in a back room somewhere, ya think?

You say macaca, I say Mariana, let's call the whole thing off!

MONDAY MORNING POLITICKING WITH
BOB SCHAFFER!

Welcome to the TWILIGHT ZONE!

In response to questions about American Right to Life's allegations that former Congressman Schaffer turned a blind eye to the plight of Chinese women regarding forced abortion and his support of MFN for China, this interview is priceless as an example of duck and cover!

Monday Morning Politicking with Bob Schaffer

By Jeremy Pelzer
…This week's Monday Morning Politicking… conversation with Schaffer. He discussed recent reports regarding his 1999 trip to the Northern Marianas Islands… Schaffer was accompanied by his campaign manager, Dick Wadhams, who jumped into the conversation at several points.

PolitickerCO: The campaign's been fairly quiet about the whole Marianas Islands controversy since it came out in the Post about a week or so ago. What's your take on this whole controversy and how it's played out?

Schaffer: Why don't you describe the controversy?

PolitickerCO: Well, just that the Post put out a series of articles detailing how, one, you went to the Marianas Islands and it was funded by or organized by Preston Gates...

Schaffer: Really? Was it?

Wadhams: No.

(Politickerco Editor's Note: Schaffer's trip, according to the Denver Post, was not paid for by Preston Gates, jailed lobbyist Jack Abramoff's former law firm. According to the Post, it was paid for by the California-based Traditional Values Coalition, which Schaffer described as a religious group "concerned with human rights." The Post also reported that "Later investigations have shown that in many instances, TVC - which claims to represent 43,000 churches - acted virtually as a political arm of Abramoff's lobbying operation.")

Schaffer: Why don't you take the opportunity to substantiate your comment just now?

PolitickerCO: Sure, sure. This is just -well, what is your take on the controversy? Why don't you fill me in?

Schaffer: Why don't you describe the controversy?

The stonewalling continues . . . .

To hear Bob Enyart's play by play description of this crazy obfuscation and hear the latest on the Colorado for Equal Rights Personhood Amendment effort, which U.S. Senate candidate Schaffer won't support, listen daily at kgov.com

SURVIVOR SAYS U.S. SHARES GUILT FOR CHINA'S ABORTIONS

Consumerism pushes factories, boosts pressure to limit children

A survivor of China's forced-abortion policy is warning Americans they share the responsibility for that nation's holocaust of government-mandated death through their consumerism.

The testimony comes from Shiu Yon Zhou, whose ordeal in which she lost the child who would have been her first-born has been played before Congress, on national television and in the media.

But she spoke to WND today in light of the 2008 Olympics which are scheduled in Beijing and to counter statements being released by the Chinese government that the human rights situation, long deplored as one of the worst on record, is improving.

Her story was revealed to WND in sometimes-halting English, as she still works to grasp the idiomatics of the language she now teaches to her three children, ages 6, 4, and 2, at home.

After Irreconcilable Differences Lead To Split With GOP, Alan Keyes Invited To Party

Lancaster, PA- Responding to news that former Reagan administration official Alan Keyes has officially left the Republican Party, (http://www.usatoday.com/news/politics/2008-04-16-keyes_N.htm) Constitution Party National Committee Chairman Jim Clymer applauded the move and extended Keyes an invitation to become part of the fastest-growing third party- the Constitution Party.

“You can almost hear a nationwide standing ovation. Ambassador Keyes joins millions of Americans abandoning the party that long ago abandoned them. Keyes had the courage to say what a lot of folks have been thinking for years- that the Republican Party’s leadership is way out of touch with its base”, Clymer added, saying: “ We encourage Dr. Keyes and his supporters to discover there’s a perfect fit for them. We no longer have to endure elected officials who defy the will of the people. There is an option in the Constitution Party”.

Former United Nations Ambassador Alan Keyes announced his break with the Republican Party at a speech in Hazleton, Pa, a city known for Mayor Lou Barletta’s aggressive efforts to stop illegal immigration.
Keyes said the two political parties now controlling our government are “a sham” and encouraged his audience to demand a return to the way the founding fathers meant it to be when they wrote the Constitution and the Declaration of Independence.

Keyes said the “Republican Party has come to a dark and confused place.” ““Dark and confused” are terms that apply to the Republican Party’s handling of just about every issue facing America today”, Clymer noted, agreeing with Keyes. “From appalling complicity in the illegal invasion, to historic trade deficits, assaults on civil liberties and out of control spending, the Republicans have sold out their base time and again. Alan Keyes’s break with the GOP is a real shot in the arm for Americans who’ve come to the conclusion the Republicans can no longer be considered the party of conservatives”, Clymer added.

The Constitution Party, the largest and fastest-growing third party based on voter registration (Ballot Access News) will choose a presidential candidate at its national convention, April 23- 26th in Kansas City, Missouri.(http://constitutionparty.com/view_events.php). Dr. Keyes is scheduled to address the gathering of delegates from all 50 states. Alan Keyes will be encouraged to offer delegates his plan for returning America to its constitutional foundation.

I LOVE THIS LEFTY BLOG POST!

"Way to Go, Radical Lifers!"

This left wing blog makes a really powerful and valid point about the national conversation, long overdue, but which has recently been started by Colorado Right to Life over forced abortion in China and a Republican U.S. Senatorial candidate's refusal to support the Colorado for Equal Rights Personhood
Amendment.

"So, for those of you keeping score at home, being against forced abortions=radical fringe pro-life position. Supporting forced abortions and saying they’re part of a model program=mainstream. Good to know."

Bill Press posted this pertinent comment to yesterday's Lynn Bartels' Rocky Mountain News story, "Schaffer engulfed
in abortion storm."

"Let me get this straight. Schaffer needs the bishops to tell him whether or not to support a 15-word, pro-life initiative? That doesn't ring true."

WELCOME TO THE WORLD, TRIG !!

Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin Gives Birth to Down Baby Despite Abortion Pressure

by Steven Ertelt

April 22, 2008

Juneau, AK (LifeNews.com) -- As many as 80 percent of unborn children diagnosed with Down syndrome become victims of abortion, but Alaska Gov, Sarah Palin didn't let her child become a statistic. Palin, who has deeply-felt pro-life views, gave birth to her fifth child this week and the baby was diagnosed with the condition.

On Tuesday, Palin confirmed her baby, named Trig Paxson, has Down syndrome.

"Trig is beautiful and already adored by us," Palin said in a statement LifeNews.com obtained.

"We knew through early testing he would face special challenges, and we feel privileged that God would entrust us with this gift and allow us unspeakable joy as he entered our lives," she said.

'We have faith that every baby is created for good purpose and has potential to make this world a better place. We are truly blessed," the 44 year-old governor added.

Trig was born on Friday, one month before his due date, and he weighed 6 pounds, 2 ounces.

Pro-life advocates heaped praise on Palin about the news and said she and her family made a courageous decision to keep the baby.

“I can't help but remember Governor Palin’s campaign slogan ‘Take a Stand,'" Debbie Joslin, the president of Eagle Forum Alaska told LifeNews.com.

"Her choice to value life in a very personal way speaks volumes and gives those of us in the pro-life community in Alaska cause to believe that we truly do have a pro-life leader in charge of our state," she said.

"When so many in our culture have chosen to devalue the lives of those who face special learning disabilities, Governor Palin shines as a great positive role model," Joslin added.

Billy Valentine, a pro-life student leader who worked on the presidential campaign of Sam Brownback, was equally excited.

"Thanks be to God that Gov. Palin is pro-life and the baby wasn't one of the 80% of Down syndrome lives that are aborted each year," he said.

"Say a prayer for Gov. Palin and her family and thank God that the baby is blessed with a pro-life family," Valentine added.

The Palins have four other children including Track, 18, Bristol, 17, Willow, 13 and Piper, 7.

THE POPE BLESSES THE DISABLED

APRIL 21, 2008

The pope and the disabled
by Gina Dalfonzo

One of Pope Benedict XVI's "most intimate public event[s]" during his trip to the United States was his blessing of a group of disabled youths and their caregivers in Yonkers, New York. He told them:

God's unconditional love, which bathes every human individual, points to a meaning and purpose for all human life. . . . Through his cross, Jesus in fact draws us into his saving love and in so doing shows us the way ahead -- the way of hope which transfigures us all, so that we too, become bearers of that hope and charity for others.

Sadly, according to this Catholic PRWire release, the pope learned this fundamental lesson in an unspeakably tragic way.

As a boy of fourteen, Joseph Ratzinger had a cousin who had been born with Down's Syndrome, only a bit younger than himself. In 1941, German state "therapists" came to the boy's house and probably informed the parents of the government regulation that prohibited mentally handicapped children from remaining in their parents' home. In spite of the family's pleas, the representatives of the Nazi state took the child away. The Ratzinger family never saw him again. Later the family learned that he had "died," most likely murdered, for being merely "undesirable," a blemish in the race, and a drain on the productivity of the nation. This was Joseph Ratzinger's first experience of a murderous philosophy that asserts that some people are disposable.

At a time when children with Down syndrome are once again being systematically slaughtered, may the pope's experience with "a murderous philosophy that asserts that some people are "disposable," and his resulting understanding of the value of each human life, help bring us to our senses.

And with deep appreciation to Unborn Word of the Day comes this powerful quote from Pope Benedict:

“Life, which is a work of God, should not be denied to anyone, even the tiniest and most defenseless unborn child, and far less to a child with serious disabilities. At the same time, echoing the Pastors of the Church in Italy, I advise you not to fall into the deceptive trap of thinking that life can be disposed of, to the point of ‘legitimizing its interruption with euthanasia, even if it is masked by a veil of human compassion’

Benedict XVI, Angelus

These important issues are explored in the fabulous new Ben Stein movie, Expelled, which this weekend

Morality Tale for Today!

Harry Wu and Zhou
China- Why Most Favored Nation trading status, forced abortion and the Olympics?

This San Diego News Notes story from the 1990s reminds us of the horrific human rights abuses, which should make us question WHY our ties to China have no demands for basic human rights, before awarding MFN trade status or attending the 08 Olympics hosted by this brutal communist regime.

AFTER NEARLY FIVE YEARS OF INCARCERATION by the Immigration and Naturalization Service, Chinese refugee Zhou Shiu Yon has been released from Elmwood Detention Facility in Milpitas. Zhou was freed on May 28 after intervention by Chinese human rights activist Harry Wu. Two days before her release, Wu and a reporter from ABC's Nightline show had visited Shiu Yon in prison.

According to Tim Palmquist of the Bakersfield pro-life group Voice for Life, Zhou claims that when she became pregnant without official permission, five Chinese government agents broke down her door (the pregnancy having been reported by her doctor) and took her to a hospital. She was forced to take an unknown pill then locked in a room and told a worker would return in 30 minutes to give her a shot -- possibly RU-486, according to Palmquist. Her boyfriend bribed one of the hospital workers to allow Zhou to jump out of the third-story window. He picked her up and arranged for her to escape China on a smuggler's boat.

The boat was adrift for the last 28 days of its 90 days at sea before it was intercepted in Mexican waters off Ensenada on July 11, 1993 by the U.S. Coast Guard. Zhou, extremely ill, was airlifted to UCSD Medical Center in Hillcrest, where she was told by staff that "they must take the baby out" to save her life. Zhou believes the baby was alive when she got to San Diego; she is still unclear about whether San Diego doctors aborted her baby or removed an already dead baby.

Wu and Zhou testified June 10 before the House Subcommittee on International Operations and Human Rights (led by Rep. Chris Smith of New Jersey) about China's forced abortion and sterilization policy. Zhou told of women hiding throughout their pregnancies, nine-months-pregnant women being taken for forced abortions, and houses being burned down to punish people who violate the one-child policy.

Wu criticized the United Nations' granting of an award to China's population control program. "Americans must wake up to the cruelty and shame of a policy which makes brothers and sisters illegal," Wu told the subcommittee, "and the whitewashing of the UN on this issue must end."

Colorado Right to Life brought Rev Childress to Colorado to address the Ministerial Alliance
in the early 2000s. His hard message about the horrific rate of abortions in the black community fell on deaf ears. We are currently attempting to get a meeting with State Senate President, Peter Groff to show him the UCLA sting of Planned Parenthood which beautifully illustrates the racist policies of PP founder Margaret Sanger are alive and well today.

Senate President Groff simply must speak out about the building of the new Planned Parenthood death camp being
built by Weitz in the Stapleton Redevelopment district.

Shepherds Leading the Sheep to the Slaughter

By Rev. Clenard H. Childress Jr

Here are the birth statistics for African-American babies in the City of Philadelphia just a couple a years ago: 10,880 born, 9,259 aborted. Nearly half or 46% of all babies in the City of Brotherly love were dismembered and brutally killed by means of abortion. Moreover, there are twenty-five other major urban cities in America that report having a higher abortion rate than live birth rate.

Such carnage is incredible! One would think the Gate Keepers of Righteousness, Deed, and Thought would be appalled. The magnitude of this devastation of the progeny of our community should stir our clergy to decisive action. We should be hearing chants of, "Stop the madness!" "Stop the genocide!" "End now the injustice!" Or like Moses said to Pharaoh, "Let my people go!"

Instead of an outcry for justice for our offspring, we see a worse nightmare unfolding continuously within the "flocks" of the city of Ben Franklin. The Black Clergy of Philadelphia and surrounding vicinity have recently announced their endorsement of Senator Barak Obama. It would appear the Shepherds of Philadelphia are leading their sheep to slaughter. With any cursory search of the Senator's voting record, one can easily make the case, Barack Obama may be most pro-abortion presidential candidate in the history of this country. It would seem he is a man who would in no way deter the holocaust of babies predominately African-American. Senator Obama has vowed to continue to propagate the ideology of the leading abortion provider: Planned Parenthood. And in an address to Planned Parenthood Action Fund on July 17th, 2007, the Senator stated,

"There will always be people, many of goodwill, who do not share my view on the issue of Choice. On this fundamental issue, I will not yield and Planned Parenthood will not yield, but that doesn't mean we can't find common ground. Because we know that what's at stake is more than whether or not women can choose an abortion."

One should definitely ask the question after hearing the speech of the senator: what is Obama's view of Choice; a question probably not asked by the Philadelphia Black Clergy. What are his views? Barack Obama's view of Choice means you can kill a baby anytime, I repeat, anytime, during the full nine months of pregnancy. It gets worse. The Senator's view of Choice is, if the child should survive an abortion attempt on their life, you can still kill the baby with impunity! This is Barack Obama's view of Choice. Can this be the view of my fellow Black Clergy of Philadelphia?

I have a couple salient questions to ask these Pastors: How would you respond to the following true account if it were presented to you in your Study by Ms. Jill Staneck, a Nurse? What would you do if she came to you with these concerns of these horrific deeds and asked for your help in preventing such criminal behavior at the place of her employment? What would you do?

"One night, a nursing co-worker was taking an aborted Down's syndrome baby who was born alive to our Soiled Utility Room because his parents did not want to hold him, and she did not have time to hold him. I could not bear the thought of this suffering child dying alone in a Soiled Utility Room, so I cradled and rocked him for the 45 minutes that he lived. He was 21 to 22 weeks old, weighed about a ½ pound, and was about 10 inches long. He was too weak to move very much, expending any energy he had trying to breathe. Toward the end, he was so quiet that I couldn't tell if he was still alive unless I held him up to the light to see if his heart was still beating through his chest wall. After he was pronounced dead, we folded his little arms across his chest, wrapped him in a tiny shroud, and carried him to the hospital morgue where all of our dead patients are taken."

As a shepherd, I am sure you are holding back tears and vowing your help in ending these callous and inhumane acts of cruelty. But that wasn't the response from Mr. Obama. In 2001, 2002, and 2003 he voted not to; I repeat: not to provide protection to these children! My fellow Clergy, this is his view of "Choice". Remember, Senator Obama and Planned Parenthood have vowed they will not yield.

What does this mean to you, my Brothers? Essentially, if something isn't done to stop this madness, the flock you have been commissioned by God to protect and nurture, will live, by your actions of endorsement, with the increased danger of being victimized by the scourge of abortion. For the illusion of "Change" you have endorsed the predatory practices of the leading abortion provider that targets your community and made a covenant with death ignoring the cries of our most vulnerable.

The Philadelphia Clergy stated one of the reasons why they choose Obama was his early opposition to the war. How ironic it is that this endorsement of Obama, for his opposition to the war in Iraq, only escalates the war waged against babies in the womb of their mothers in their own city. In Iraq 6% of the casualties are African-American. In the Abortion War in Pennsylvania, over 55% of the casualties of abortion are African American.

Dr. Martin Luther King said, "The modern day church is often a weak and ineffectual church and is often an arch-supporter of the status quo." Issues4Life Foundation reported 49% percent of all abortions are African-American though we only make up 12% of the population. Walter Hoye says, "The present status quo is destroying the Afro-American community. It's time for the Church to respond to this tragic condition." I would add: it's time for shepherds to protect their sheep and expose the wolves in sheep's clothing.

PLANNED PARENTHOOD GETS A PASS!!

In the fall of 2005, Colorado Right to Life took evidence of the Colorado PP clinic encouraging the
cover up of statutory rape to Colorado AG, John Suthers' office. We were told by Deputy, Jason Dunn
that there was nothing that could be done.

Texas Sex Abuse Outrage
Authorities carry-out massive armed raid on religious community suspected of protecting men who rape children, but look the other way when others are caught red-handed doing the same thing.

ELDORADO, Texas, April 18 /Christian Newswire/-- When state authorities raided the Fundamentalist Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints facility in Eldorado, Texas, it exposed the fact that some people and organizations involved in the cover-up of child sexual abuse are not the targets of such investigations – even when overwhelming evidence identifies the perpetrators.

During a three-month undercover investigation, Life Dynamics Incorporated of Denton, Texas recorded over 800 calls to Planned Parenthood and National Abortion Federation facilities across America – including Texas. The female caller portrayed a 13-year-old girl who was pregnant by an adult and wanted an abortion in order to hide the illegal sexual relationship from her parents and the authorities. On the tapes, many of the clinic workers are heard telling the caller that this situation was unlawful and that they were legally mandated to report it to the state. However, even after acknowledging this, 91 percent of the 800 facilities contacted agreed to illegally conceal it. Representatives of these organizations--often operating on tax dollars--routinely instructed a child who they believed to be a sexual assault victim to:

• lie about or conceal her age or the age of the man who impregnated her

• participate in illegal activity in order to circumvent the state's parental notification law

• use a fictitious name, phone number or address when she came to the facility

• keep the situation hidden by altering what she would say when she came to the facility

• be more careful about what information she gave out and to whom

Many clinic representatives told the caller that they deal with this situation "all the time" and that the advice they were giving her is the way they normally handle it. And some of the most outrageous calls came from Texas. "The tapes from our investigation clearly prove that these people are running a statewide pedophile protection racket," said Life Dynamics President, Mark Crutcher, "and our law enforcement agencies are knowingly letting them get away with it."

Crutcher also points out that the situation in Eldorado affects only a tiny fraction of the potential child sexual abuse victims in Texas, while Planned Parenthood and National Abortion Federation facilities see them by the tens-of-thousands every year. He calls the selective enforcement of laws designed to protect Texas children from sexual predators, "a disgrace, a scandal and an embarrassment to our state."

America's celebrities ??

Abortion greatly increases a woman's chance to be diagnosed with
breast cancer.

"Sex" star reveals cancer battle

posted by: Kirk Montgomery , 9NEWS Entertainment Reporter

NEW YORK (AP) - Cynthia Nixon has joined forces with the breast cancer organization Susan G. Komen for the Cure and is going public with her own battle with breast cancer.

Nixon, who is reprising her role as Miranda in HBO's "Sex and the City" in an upcoming movie, had a lumpectomy two years ago and then underwent six and a half weeks of radiation. She also helped her mother battle breast cancer.

"As the daughter of a breast cancer survivor, knowing my personal risk made me more aware and more empowered when I faced my own diagnosis," the 42-year-old actress said in a statement. "I want to help Susan G. Komen for the Cure educate the 1.1 million women around the globe who face a diagnosis each year."

The Dallas-based Komen foundation is known for its Race for the Cure events.

Nixon will serve as an ambassador for the organization and will share her cancer experiences in a series of Web videos.

She told ABC's "Good Morning America" on Tuesday that she didn't want to make her cancer treatment public while she was going through it. "I didn't want paparazzi at the hospital," she said.

Sadly, the Susan G Komen Foundation gave $700 K to the very organization that has created an epidemic of breast cancer in America since Roe v Wade.

MAJOR IRONY ALERT!!!!!!!!!!

I'm in awe of this historic moment where I'm watching the US Chief of Protocol, Nancy Brinker, who just happens to be
founder of Susan G Komen Foundation, greet Pope Benedict XVI in Washington D.C.

Just this past week, it was revealed that Komen gave $700 K
to Planned Parenthood, an organization that we recently learned
accepts donations to destroy minority babies.

We must pray that the Pope will impress upon the heart of this woman the utter evil her organization is funding!

STAR PARKER BANNED FROM CATHOLIC UNIVERSITY

Dear Leslie,

Yes, I’ve been gagged.

No this is not Al Qaeda or the Taliban. This is the University of Saint Thomas – the largest private university, a Catholic university, in Minnesota.

They’ve denied permission for me, Star Parker, to speak on their campus about the impact of abortion in America.

It’s true. The Washington Times has written about it. The Minneapolis Star Tribune has written about it.

What this tells me is that I’m being effective. It’s why liberals, even at one of the nation’s largest private Catholic universities, don’t want me there. And it’s why I’m writing today to ask you to support my organization CURE so we can fight these liberals running our universities and keep my speaking tour active.

I have spoken at over 150 universities around the United States and getting a platform in the belly of this liberal beast has often been a challenge. But I must say that this snub is particularly disturbing to me.

My concern is that it comes in an election year that has made race and gender issues front and center. Yet a black female cannot speak at one of our nation’s premier universities on the very issue that has deeply divided us politically left and right.

This rejection is particularly ironic during the very week when Pope Benedict XVI begins what he is calling a “teaching” visit to the United States.

This Pope has called abortion “Today’s gravest injustice.”

More than a million human lives are aborted in the United States each year. About 120,000 a month. Approximately 30,000 a week. One third of which are black. Yep. One of two black pregnancies are aborted. That’s 400,000 a year. More than 1000 black human lives every day.

The left says that conservatives only want to talk about abortion and ignore poverty. But the collapse of values, the collapse of reverence for life, the collapse of family, is what drives poverty. The overwhelming number of families living in poverty today are single parent households. And they are disproportionately black.

Yet a Catholic university decides to keep a black conservative who once lived on welfare and who knows first hand of the abortion genocide off its campus.

But within the last year this same university which has slammed the door on me hosted liberal Al Franken and transgender male now female activist Debra Davis.

IS THERE SOMETHING WRONG HERE????

You know, national polls keep showing that our young people are moving further and further to the left. And this incident might tell us a little of why.

A Gallup poll of recent days shows that in a match-up between pro-abort Barack Obama and pro-life John McCain, Obama wins by twenty points among voters 18-29.

This is the Barack Obama who for twenty years has gone to the Trinity United Church of Christ and listened to his pastor, Rev. Jeremiah Wright, spew venom about America. The Obama who condemned the Supreme Court’s decision banning partial birth abortion. The same Obama who National Journal rated the single most liberal Senator.

There are 42 million young Americans in the 18-29 age bracket. And yet it is a great battle to let these young people, who are our nation’s future, hear both sides of today’s important issues?!

This imbalance of discourse feeds into the problem that when you lose a sense of what something’s worth, you’ll throw it away. I’m afraid that our young people are losing a sense of what freedom is and what it is worth and I’m afraid many are ready to throw it away. If they don’t learn about real American values at our own universities, where will they learn?

Over ten years ago, I founded the Coalition on Urban Renewal and Education (CURE) to fight the left, to fight the welfare state and to fight poverty with a message of traditional values and limited government.

PLEASE HELP ME KEEP MY COLLEGE SPEAKING TOUR AND MY ORGANIZATION ALIVE AND VIBRANT
