ABORTIONIST HERN MISSES HIS OWN DEADLY GAME!

ABORTIONIST HERN MISSES HIS OWN DEADLY GAME!

"Portlydyke" brings us this rich exchange between Boulder Colorado's late term abortionist - Warren Hern - and liberal talking head, Rachel Maddow.

HERN: "Well, it even starts before that. The use of the term "abortionist" for example to stigmatize doctors, the use of the term "pro-life" by people who are killing doctors, the-all the other rhetoric associated with the anti-abortion movement is prelude to the violent actions people feel justified in taking and feel empowered by this rhetoric."

Can Hern really miss the same deadly game he plays with the pre-born infants (FETUSES) he slaughters ?

Brian Rohrbough slams media description of stolen infant as 'fetus'

'Baby' cut from mom's womb

Exclusive: Brian Rohrbough slams media description of stolen infant as 'fetus'

Posted: July 31, 2009

The headlines from hundreds of news outlets tell an unintended story: The brutal Massachusetts murder of a pregnant mom and the child ripped from her womb has confirmed again what we all know about the mainstream media's abortion guilt.

Pregnant moms don't say, "I can feel the fetus kick." Not even an abortionist's pregnant wife would say, "The clump of cells just moved!" And the media knows it's a baby. Yet if Google News search results for July 28 and July 29 are any valid indication, hundreds of news stories reported the murder of "Darlene Haynes" without using the term "baby" to describe the child cut from her womb.

Consider ABC News as a case study. One ABC headline reads: "Slain pregnant woman lived in same building with accused fetus-stealer." Boy, talk about identify theft. The media avoid the term baby and prefer technical terms that describe states of early human development in their effort to de-humanize the unborn child and prolong the age of de-criminalized abortion. The suspect, Julie Corey, was charged with kidnapping. But in a murder case, ABC referring to the fetus as a kid seems just too close for comfort.

Just two weeks earlier ABC News did use the term baby to refer to an unborn child. Why? Because the context had nothing to do with murder, nor would it invoke the possibility of a dead child. ABC News referred to a fetus as a baby when Dutch researchers played vibroacoustic "sound to the growing baby" in the uterus. This ABC news report merely documents what we've been telling the public for years about the unborn child's ability to learn his mother's voice and even remember the songs she sings.

The July 29 ABC News headline, for example, "Mom-to-be Darlene Haynes killed, cops search for her fetus," is followed by this copy: "Police … are searching for a fetus that was ripped from her mother's womb. ... At 8 months, there is a chance the fetus could still be alive. …" If alive and outside of the mother's womb, it is technically inaccurate to refer to this little girl as a fetus. The murder of Wichita's George Tiller was not just a very late-term abortion.

ABC's "fetus-stealer" notwithstanding, a survey of worldwide headlines show that after the child was found alive, the media became more comfortable using the term "baby." The day before, CNN's headline, for example, read, "Woman killed, fetus cut from body." But after the little girl was found: "Baby cut from murdered mother's womb is alive," ran in the AFP and USA Today wrote of the, "Woman accused of cutting baby from mom's womb."

A new genocide rages! "Womb lynching"

A new genocide rages

Rev. Stephen Broden

A scourge of epic proportions is ravaging the black community. This pestilence is the No. 1 killer of blacks, exceeding all other causes of death combined, including heart disease, diabetes, cancer, violent crimes and HIV/AIDS. It is called abortion, or "womb lynching" by those of us who know the motives of its financiers, and it claims 50 percent of black offspring each year, about 700,000 children. An estimated 25 percent of blacks are "missing" because they did not survive pregnancy. The most dangerous place for a black child to be is in his or her mother's womb. The black community is being incrementally snuffed out through abortion.

More blacks die in one week through womb lynching (more than 8,400) than were killed in 100 years of post-Civil War lynchings in America (an estimated 3,457). This is a genocide, a holocaust, a "Maafa," that is eliminating our children and our future.

Talk about Chutzpah! Daily Kos uses organ sales scheme to promo Obamacare!

Breaking Mass Arrests of New Jersey Public Officials

"Just through MSNBC at least 20 arrested including the mayors of Seacaucus and Hoboken. Preliminary reports also state a human organ transplant ring and money laundering outfit attached to the crime.

Reporting is also out showing several Rabbis being arrested. I will update this diary, or delete it entirely if a better arrives."

"Organ transplants? Could the fact that we have a broken health care system lead to a black market in actual human organs? NAAW!"

"The body parts scheme involved kidney transplants, authorities said. Patients in need would pay middle-men to find willing donors in Israel. Investigators said the suspects would then have the donor and patient lie to hospitals that they were related. Hospitals would then do the operation unaware that cash payments were part of the deal. Officials say Robert Wood Johnson Hospital in New Brunswick and Johns Hopkins in Baltimore were allegedly contacted by the suspects for these procedures."

What we get when we try to regulate child killing!

WHAT IF WE JUST FOLLOW GOD'S ENDURING COMMAND,
"THOU SHALL NOT MURDER" ?????

Judge Sotomayor and Abortion on Demand: A Tutorial

by Matthew J. Franck
July 21, 2009

Millions of Americans believe that states can prohibit abortion in the third trimester, yet current Supreme Court jurisprudence has manufactured a right to unfettered abortion right up to the time of the child’s birth. How did Americans become so confused on this issue and how did the Supreme Court end up where it has?
Does Judge Sonia Sotomayor know the law as well as a future Supreme Court justice ought to know it? If a discussion during her confirmation hearings with Senator Tom Coburn (who is not a lawyer, but rather an experienced obstetrician) is any indication, it would seem not.

Sen. Coburn: You’ve been asked a lot of questions about abortion. And you’ve said that Roe v. Wade is settled law. Where are we today? What is the settled law in America about abortion?

Judge Sotomayor: I can speak to what the court has said in its precedent. In Planned Parenthood v. Casey, the court reaffirmed the core holding of Roe v. Wade, that a woman has a constitutional right to terminate her pregnancy in certain circumstances. In Casey, the court announced that in reviewing state regulations that may apply to that right, that the court considers whether that regulation has an undue burden on the woman’s constitutional right. That’s my understanding of what the state of the law is.

Sen. Coburn: So let me give you a couple of cases. Let’s say I’m 38 weeks pregnant and we discover a small spina bifida sac on the lower sacrum, the lower part of the back, on my baby, and I feel like I just can’t handle a child with that. Would it be legal in this country to terminate that child’s life?

Judge Sotomayor: I can’t answer that question in the abstract, because I would have to look at what the state of the state’s law was on that question and what the state said with respect to that issue. I can say that the question of the number of weeks that a woman is pregnant has been—that approach to looking at a woman’s act has—was changed by Casey. The question is, is the state regulation regulating what a woman does an undue burden? And so I can’t answer your hypothetical, because I can’t look at it as an abstract without knowing what state laws exist on this issue or not. . . .

The judge’s answer to the senator’s question was miles wide of the mark, and indicated either that she does not know the truth about the constitutional law of abortion in our country, or that she is willing—for whatever reason—to mischaracterize the matter before a national audience. Senator Coburn had an opening here that cried out for exploitation, but he passed it by for the moment.

Week of anti-abortion rallies begins

Operation Save America protests outside clinic

By MAGGIE LILLIS
LAS VEGAS REVIEW-JOURNAL

Moments after praising a jubilant supporter, the Rev. Flip Benham gave a thumbs-up Thursday to the abortion opponents lining Flamingo Road near Spencer Street.

Then the coin flipped.

A woman stepped through the protesters near the A-Z Women's Clinic, refusing to listen to their religious chants.

"Jesus ain't done (expletive) nothing for me," she shouted, throwing up her hands.

The issue that has polarized many people across the nation seemed to do the same on Flamingo Road on Thursday.

Benham, a North Carolina resident and director of Operation Save America, the group gathered outside the abortion clinic, watched as the woman barreled along the sidewalk through what he called "a gauntlet of Christians."

About 40 to 50 people participating in the so-called National Event gathered near the clinic, hoisting posters, chanting at motorists and pedestrians, and blaring anti-abortion messages at the building.

Benham pointed his well-worn Bible in the direction of the clinic and said "If you think the back-alley abortion is over, it's not."

A-Z Women's Clinic is a certified, private medical office. Dr. William Ramos of the clinic declined comment. A woman who answered the phone at the clinic said plainly about the protesters, "That's what they're looking for."

Representatives from Acme Security waited outside the doors of the clinic, but the abortion opponents kept their distance.

Thursday's protest was one of several events the national group planned through Wednesday in the valley. The group will take its message to the Fremont Street Experience and the six clinics that offer abortions in the valley, Benham said.

Last week, Clinica de Mujeres, an abortion clinic at 3700 E. Charleston Blvd., was shut down after a complaint was filed and health department representatives investigated the facility. The investigators said the clinic was allegedly performing surgeries without a license and cited "a gross breakdown in infection control practices."

Several people have claimed the initial tip against Clinica de Mujeres came from a member of Operation Save America.

Benham wouldn't speak to Clinica de Mujeres' investigation but said he counted its closure as a victory.

On Thursday, all of the participants, ranging in age from toddlers to adults, donned red T-shirts and waved posters of either smiling babies saved from abortion or dead fetuses.

The latter image jarred Las Vegan Rick Scott so much that he got off the bus early to talk to a protester. He and Blair Powley of New York sparred with Bible verses about the issue of abortion.

"We agree to disagree on some points," Scott said. "I don't think this is the right way (to spread the message)."

He disagreed with the group's methods of using shocking imagery but said he was fine with them being outside abortion clinics as long as they didn't harass women seeking the procedure.

Powley said he appreciated Scott's points and said people often are combative about the images.

"They show pictures in schools of the many people killed in the Holocaust and civil wars," he said. "Children look at these posters and say, 'That baby is hurt.' It's more the parents that are offended."

Benham said confrontations go hand-in-hand with Operation Save America's events but he believes their battle is won "on the streets."

There were no arrests.

A minor car accident occurred in front of the protest, but Las Vegas police said the drivers were not distracted by the people. Traffic was not affected, and there were no injuries.

Senators Graham and Sessions expose the radical in PRLDF board member, Sotomayor

Thank you Senators Sessions & Graham for raising the radical positions Ms Sotomayor has been affiliated with, including this insane notion:

"... the Fund criticized the Supreme Court’s decision in two cases that both the State and Federal government should restrict the use of public funds for abortion. . . . Incredibly the Fund joined other groups in comparing these types of funding restrictions to slavery, stating that, ‘Just as Dred Scott v. Sanford refused citizenship to black people, these stripped citizenship under fundamental law.’ In their view, the Equal Protection Clause prohibited restrictions on either Federal or State government provisions of funding abortions. I think this is an indefensible position."

She's unworthy of the postion!

"I'm here to overturn Roe and defeat Sotomayor's nomination to the Supreme Court," she said, according to the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel,
"She's unworthy of the position," said McCorvey. "She's Catholic. She's even unworthy of taking communion because of her pro-abortion stance."

"Jane Roe" Kicked Out of Sotomayor Hearing"Roe" from Row v Wade arrested after shouting at Sotomayor, during confirmation hearing

By MARK MORALES

Updated 1:30 PM EDT, Tue, Jul 14, 2009

Norma McCorvey, known as "Jane Roe" in famous abortion rights case Roe v. Wade, has spoken out against the practice since the '90's.

Norma McCorvey, better known as "Jane Roe" from the landmark abortion case Roe v. Wade, was among the anti-abortion protesters thrown out of Supreme Court nominee Sonia Sotomayor's confirmation hearing yesterday.

"You're wrong, Sotomayor! You're wrong!" McCorvey shouted as she was escorted out of the room.

McCorvey, 61, began screaming at Sotomayor during the opening remarks of Sen. Al Franken

and had vowed earlier in the day to halt the nominee's appointment to the Supreme Court.

She was among three arrested for disturbing the hearings.

Her suit led to the 1973 Supreme Court case that legalized abortion but she has since reversed her position and has become an anti-abortion advocate.

The first outburst came during Sen. Dianne Feinstein, D-Cal. when a man began shouting "Senator! What about the unborn!"

Sotomayor, keeping her composure, looked toward her family in the front row as the man was escorted out. Judiciary Chairman Sen. Patrick Leahy gave a stern warning to those who planned to interrupt the hearings further.

Ahead of her outburst, McCorvey said she was going to thwart Sotomayor's nomination to the highest court.

Mc Corvey disagrees with SCOTUS nominee: Roe "Settled Law"

'Jane Roe' arrested for disrupting Sotomayor confirmation hearing

WASHINGTON – Norma McCorvey – the Dallas woman known as Jane Roe in the landmark abortion rights case Roe v. Wade – was among the protesters arrested today for disrupting the confirmation hearing for Supreme Court nominee Sonia Sotomayor.

The case that bears McCorvey's court-picked pseudonym – and that of longtime Dallas district attorney Henry Wade, her legal adversary in the case – has been a central issue in judicial nomination fights for years. But McCorvey herself long ago decided that she regretted her role in the fight to legalize abortion, and has worked with anti-abortion activists as a potent symbol of the effort to overturn the Roe decision.

McCorvey, 61, is being charged with unlawful conduct/disruption of Congress, said Capitol Police spokeswoman Sgt. Kimberly Schneider.

Norma McCorvey's desire to have the Supreme Court re-examine Roe v Wade, in light of scientific advances since 1972, has yet to be given proper consideration due this matter, fraught with such ponderous life and death implications.

On February 22, 2005, the Supreme Court refused to grant a writ of certiorari, and McCorvey's appeal ended.

Yet, SCOTUS nominee Sonia Sotomayor today stated, "Roe is settled law"

Graham: Sotomayor confirmation likely unless 'meltdown'

Tom LoBianco (Contact)

UPDATED:

Senators charged with vetting Supreme Court nominee Sonia Sotomayor drew their lines Monday morning on what impact life experience should have on judicial decisions, even as a top Republican admitted her confirmation is likely to sail through the Democrat-controlled U.S. Senate.

A little less than an hour into the hearing, U.S. Capitol Police removed a protester, a middle-aged man, from the back of the hearing room after he screamed: "What about the rights of the unborn?" About an hour later, police removed a second protester, a younger man with his hair in a ponytail, who shouted "Abortion is murder, abortion is murder, abortion is murder."

Republican senators turned their sights on Judge Sotomayor's statements in public speeches about how a "wise Latina" woman would make better judgments than a "white male," arguing that anyone who allows personal experience to blur neutrality should be rejected for the bench.

Still some of her sharpest critics acknowledged the political reality of Democrats holding a major edge in the Senate.

"Unless you have a complete meltdown, you're going to be confirmed," Sen. Lindsey Graham, South Carolina Republican, told Judge Sotomayor.

"I would like for the sake of the Senate itself not to be a party-line vote," Mr. Leahy said when asked about Mr. Graham's comment. "She's going to be confirmed."

President Barack Obama has highlighted the hard upbringing and legal success of his first nominee to the Supreme Court, Judge Sotomayor, at the center of his pitch to the 100 senators who will decide whether to confirm her as the first Hispanic female to the bench.

Maryam and Marzieh – In danger of being forgotten in Iran

Two Iranian Christian women, Maryam Rustampoor (27) and Marzieh Amirizadeh (30), continue to be held in Evin prison in Iran because of their Christian faith, unfairly labelled as ‘anti-government activists’, because of the hostility of the government towards practising Christians.

In the aftermath of the political turmoil in Iran, they are now in danger of being forgotten. One church leader from Iran said, “With so many hundreds of protestors now in the prison system, Maryam and Marzieh are likely to be forgotten.”

Arrested on March 5 , 2009, the two young women have now been in prison for four months. After being in solitary confinement for three weeks in May and early June, they were then put one small cell together for about two weeks. Then, following the arrests of thousands of protestors after the disputed presidential elections, Marzieh and Maryam were moved to a larger cell to make room for new prisoners. About 600 women were brought Evin prison during the days of the protests. There is still no clarity regarding their case. In one court session in June a judge told them that he would make sure they were both executed as ‘apostates’. Maryam and Marzieh have responded with courage, however, telling the judge to “expedite his sentence.”

“Maryam and Marzieh have demonstrated great courage and trust in God. They believe the promise of Jesus that they will be given the words to speak when they are taken before judges,” says Sam Yeghnazar, founder of Elam Ministries.

Please continue to pray for Maryam and Marzieh as they suffer in prison in Iran. Pray they will continue to experience the strengthening presence of God and that they will be a witness of the love and grace of Christ in Evin prison. We invite you to post a prayer on our Persecuted Church Prayer Wall.

Illinois Cemetery Scandal

New estimate on cemetery bodies: 200 to 300

July 9, 2009 12:21 PM

Cook County Sheriff's Police Chief DeWayne Holbrook greets a woman at the entrance of Burr Oak Cemetery in Alsip. Relatives of those buried there came today looking for answers. (Photo: David Pierini/Chicago Tribune)

Authorities today sharply increased the estimate of the number of bodies disinterred at Burr Oak Cemetery in southwest suburban Alsip in a scheme to illegally resell grave sites.

Two hundred to 300 bodies were dug up and dumped into an isolated, weedy area of the cemetery, Assistant State's Atty. John Mahoney said at a bond hearing for four cemetery employees charged in the scheme.

"Former cemetery manager Carolyn Towns, 49, foreman Keith Nicks, 45, and dump-truck operator Terrence Nicks, 39, all of Chicago, and back-hoe operator Maurice Dailey, 59, of Robbins, were each charged with one count of dismembering a human body, a Class X felony."

More . . .

On the other hand, 4,000 innocent, pre-born infants are routinely dismembered daily in America by the likes of
this man:

"The procedure changes significantly at 21 weeks because the fetal tissues become much more cohesive and difficult to dismember. This problem is accentuated by the fact that the fetal pelvis may be as much as 5cm in width. The calvaria [head] is no longer the principal problem; it can be collapsed. Other structures, such as the pelvis, present more difficulty….A long curved Mayo scissors may be necessary to decapitate and dismember the fetus…" (From the medical textbook Abortion Practice – Dr. Warren Hern, p.154)

and law enforcement turns a blind eye!

Justice discusses 'growth in populations
that we don't want to have too many of'

Posted: July 08, 2009

WorldNetDaily

In an astonishing admission, U.S. Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg says she was under the impression that legalizing abortion with the 1973 Roe. v. Wade case would eliminate undesirable members of the populace, or as she put it "populations that we don't want to have too many of."

Her remarks, set to be published in the New York Times Magazine this Sunday but viewable online now, came in an in-depth interview with Emily Bazelon titled, "The Place of Women on the Court."

The 16-year veteran of the high court was asked if she were a lawyer again, what would she "want to accomplish as a future feminist legal agenda."

Ginsburg responded:

Reproductive choice has to be straightened out. There will never be a woman of means without choice anymore. That just seems to me so obvious. The states that had changed their abortion laws before Roe [to make abortion legal] are not going to change back. So we have a policy that affects only poor women, and it can never be otherwise, and I don't know why this hasn't been said more often.

Question: Are you talking about the distances women have to travel because in parts of the country, abortion is essentially unavailable, because there are so few doctors and clinics that do the procedure? And also, the lack of Medicaid for abortions for poor women?

Ginsburg: Yes, the ruling about that surprised me. [Harris v. McRae – in 1980 the court upheld the Hyde Amendment, which forbids the use of Medicaid for abortions.] Frankly I had thought that at the time Roe was decided, there was concern about population growth and particularly growth in populations that we don't want to have too many of. So that Roe was going to be then set up for Medicaid funding for abortion. Which some people felt would risk coercing women into having abortions when they didn't really want them. But when the court decided McRae, the case came out the other way. And then I realized that my perception of it had been altogether wrong.

General Electric to Use Embryonic Stem Cells for Testing, Phase Out Lab Rats
By Alex Bush

BOSTON, Mass, July 1, 2009 (LifeSiteNews.com) - General Electric has announced that it will use embryonic stem cells provided by Geron Corporation for the purpose of testing toxic effects of drug treatments.

GE issued a statement, attempting to preempt criticism over the decision, saying, "We acknowledge the considerable debate and take very seriously the ethical and societal issues associated with research using stem cells derived from embryonic or fetal tissue."

"We conduct our research in an ethically and scientifically responsible manner," the statement said.

However, embryonic stem cells have been the center of heated controversy since harvesting the cells requires the destruction of embryonic human beings.

But Geron Corporation indicates that in this case it believes that the ends justify the means.

"Up to three quarters of toxicity problems are not detected until preclinical or later stages of drug development and this significantly increases the cost of developing new drugs," Geron Corporation said in a press release, "Earlier detection of toxicity problems could reduce both overall drug development costs and potentially harmful patient exposure in clinical trials."

Konstantin Fielder, General Manager of Cell Technologies at GE Healthcare said that stem cells harvested from human embryos could even replace lab rats as the primary scientific testing method.

"Once you have human cells and you can get them in a standardized way, like you get right now your lab rats in a standardized way, you can actually do those experiments on those cells," he said.

Both GE and Geron have said that the stem cells to be used are listed on a National Institutes of Health registry, making them eligible for use in the United States.

'Personhood' pushers at it again in Colorado

'Personhood' pushers at it again in Colorado

Charlie Butts - OneNewsNow - 7/5/2009 4:10:00 AM

Two Colorado organizations have launched another petition drive to put a personhood amendment on the 2010 ballot.

Colorado Right to Life and Personhood Colorado are joining forces to gather the signatures for the 2010 Colorado Personhood Initiative. Right to Life spokeswoman Leslie Hanks says they are energized for the campaign.

"People are really beginning to see that the God-given right to life of the preborn child is something exciting to fight for," she explains, "and we've really stood idly by for too long, allowing horrible human rights abuses to go unchallenged in so many ways in this country."

In 2008, Colorado's Personhood Amendment garnered less than 30 percent of the vote. Hanks was asked why a major campaign is being launched again so soon after the defeat.

"With women's suffrage, they took about a 12-year hiatus," she notes, "and when they came back, they were further behind than when they first started -- so we don't want to let that happen. And we know that the civil rights movement didn't sit down and say we're not going to fight any longer because of one election shortfall."

If the petition drive is successful, the measure will be on the 2010 ballot. Pro-lifers in Montana have started a similar campaign.

Colorado pre-born babies have fewer rights than dogs and cats

Gualberto Garcia Jones held his 2 week old son Leonardo and told reporters, July 2, 2009, at a press conference announcing Personhood 2010, that his newborn had fewer rights than dogs and cats - a mere 15 days ago.

Jones was referring to a tragic 2008 Grand Junction, Colorado drunk driving case in which a judge declared that "A Fetus is not a person"! Penalties for killing a pet are stronger than killing a full term baby in the womb.

Oh, and did I mention that the Denver Post got it wrong?

When the co-sponsor (yours truly) challenged the media to not allow late term abortionist, Warren Hern, frame the issue -
as was the case last year - Post reporter,Tim Hoover seemed to intentionally mis-quote Personhood USA founder, Keith Mason.

"When we use 'fertilized egg,' it's a pejorative," said Keith Mason, director of Personhood USA, an Arvada- based organization supporting the measure and similar proposals across the country.'

Herns' fraudulent attack ads on the campaign for Personhood, showing a chicken egg and stating "This . . . is a person?
No! It's a Chicken!!!" made a mockery of the science of embryology.

Sadly, Denver media was all to willing to allow late-term abortionist Hern, to frame the issue for the entire campaign.

A group making a mockery of the legal profession appears to be carrying the water for those who scorn God-given rights this go round.

The mangling of Guabe's answer to the question of what "the beginning of the biological development of that human being" means is better left for the next post.

PersonhoodUSA has produced this video clip of our announcement which shows the truth of our message.

22 The light of the body is the eye: if therefore thine eye be single, thy whole body shall be full of light.

Personhood 2010 - Colorado

MEDIA ALERT

For Immediate Release:

29 June 2009

Press Conference Announcing Colorado's 2010 Personhood Initiative

Denver, June 29, 2009 -- Colorado Right To Life and Personhood USA will submit language for a new Personhood initiative to the Colorado Legislative Council Staff on Thursday, July 2, 2009, marking the beginning of the 2010 Colorado Personhood Initiative. The state's largest pro-life organization joins with this national political action group based in Denver to fight for the affirmation of the rights of all humans from the beginning of their biological development.

"Over half-a-million Coloradans voted for personhood in 2008. Their votes acknowledging the God-given right to life of the preborn revolutionized the pro-life movement and they encourage us toward victory," stated Gualberto Garcia Jones, one of the initiative's sponsors. "Personhood USA's volunteers plan to work around the clock to keep the momentum going in order to ensure that all humans are protected in Colorado."

The initiative has been endorsed by eminent Georgetown University medical ethicist Dr. Dianne N. Irving. Once approved by the Secretary of State, grassroots volunteers will begin collecting signatures to place the Initiative on the 2010 ballot.

"In 2008 our state's Personhood Initiative demonstrated an unparalleled grassroots effort, with more signatures gathered by volunteers than any other ballot initiative in the state's history, and 1,300 petition circulators," said Leslie Hanks, the 2010 co-sponsor and long-time vice president of Colorado Right To Life. "Abortion is wrong because it's a baby; it's always wrong to intentionally kill a baby."

Martyr Neda - the face of liberty for Iran

Neda Soltan, Young Woman Hailed as Martyr in Iran, Becomes Face of Protests

Fox News ^ | Fox News

Protesters in Iran are hailing 26-year-old Neda Soltan as a martyr after graphic videos of her apparent murder at a protest in Tehran hit the Internet. Iran experts say images of her bloody death have galvanized the country and that mourning for her — which has been banned by authorities — will bring deeper unrest.

"Neda," whose identity could not be verified by FOXNews.com, was reportedly gunned down by paramilitary police Saturday during protests in the capital city. Videos posted on YouTube, Facebook and Twitter show her bleeding from the nose and mouth as a crowd tries unsuccessfully to stanch the flow and save her life.

The video also shows a moving clip of a man identified as her professor cradling her head and yelling out, "Neda, don't be afraid. Neda, stay with me. Neda stay with me!”

PENCE INTRODUCES IRAN RESOLUTION SUPPORTING DISSIDENTS
"We Are Witnessing A Tiananmen In Tehran And The United States Must Stand In The Gap"

WASHINGTON, DC - U.S. Congressman Mike Pence released the following statement after introducing House Resolution 549, a resolution in support of the Iranian dissidents:

"We are witnessing a Tiananmen in Tehran and the United States must stand in the gap. While the President may be ‘troubled by the violence,' he has yet to express the unqualified support of the American people for those who are courageously risking their lives for free elections and democracy in Iran. If the President of the United States will not express our nation's solidarity with the dissidents in the streets of Tehran, then Congress must.

"The resolution I introduced today will do just that. It expresses our concern with the reported irregularities of the election, our condemnation of the violence against peaceful citizens, our affirmation of the universality of human rights and the importance of free elections in a democratic society. Most importantly, the resolution expresses the support of the American people for all Iranian citizens who struggle for freedom, civil liberties and protection of the rule of law.

"The American cause is freedom and in this cause the American people will not be silent. The resolution I offer today will give voice to countless Americans who stand with the people of Iran. I urge members of both parties to support this resolution and call the Congress to give it immediate consideration."

Hope and change but not for Iran

Hope And Change — But Not For Iran

By CHARLES KRAUTHAMMER | Posted Thursday, June 18, 2009 4:20 PM PT

Millions of Iranians take to the streets to defy a theocratic dictatorship that, among its other finer qualities, is a self-declared enemy of America and the tolerance and liberties it represents. The demonstrators are fighting on their own, but they await just a word that America is on their side.

And what do they hear from the president of the United States? Silence. Then, worse. Three days in, the president makes clear his policy: continued "dialogue" with their clerical masters.

Dialogue with a regime that is breaking heads, shooting demonstrators, expelling journalists, arresting activists. Engagement with — which inevitably confers legitimacy upon — leaders elected in a process that begins as a sham (only four handpicked candidates permitted out of 476) and ends in overt rigging.

Why Letterman's joke can't stand!

David Letterman's crude and rude "joke" at the expense of Sarah Palin's daughter is a sorry reflection of a horrible problem in America and an ongoing criminal cover-up.

What the lecherous late night show host suggested was statutory rape of an under age girl, in the form of a so-called bad joke, which by the way, brought an inappropriate outburst of laughter.

Do we as a collective nation really believe it is something to laugh about - young girls being sexually used and abused by adult men?

Pro-life activist dynamo, Lila Rose, has caught America's largest abortion provider -Planned Parenthood - in numerous stings, revealing they routinely cover-up for the rapist.

This criminal enterprise which covers up crimes, while they are required by law to report the abuse of children, is unconscionable and while the problem is under the microscope, Bill O'Reilly ought to use his considerable clout to expose these thugs for what they do for $$$.

The young girl's baby is killed by the PP hit man and she is sent back to her rapist for more abuse until she gets impregnated again for another trip through the "family planning" revolving door.

This whole sorry mess was revealed to Colorado's AG, John Suthers in 2005
and Colorado Right to Life was told that nothing could be done about the taped recording of Planned Parenthood being caught by Life Dynamics telling the young woman to call back and not mention the age of the adult male/criminal, responsible for her condition.

When is enough, enough???

Prez BHO, You scare me!

Lou Pritchett, a former VP at Procter and Gamble, penned this letter to the New York Times. They declined to publish it. It has since been circulated widely on the internet.

Dear President Obama:

You are the thirteenth President under whom I have lived and unlike any of the others, you truly scare me.

You scare me because after months of exposure, I know nothing about you.

You scare me because I do not know how you paid for your expensive Ivy League education and your upscale lifestyle and housing with no visible signs of support.

You scare me because you did not spend the formative years of youth growing up in America and culturally you are not an American.

You scare me because you have never run a company or met a payroll.

You scare me because you have never had military experience, thus don't understand it at its core.

You scare me because you lack humility and 'class', always blaming others.

You scare me because for over half your life you have aligned yourself with radical extremists who hate America and you refuse to publicly denounce these radicals who wish to see America fail.

You scare me because you are a cheerleader for the 'blame America' crowd and deliver this message abroad.

You scare me because you want to change America to a European style country where the government sector dominates instead of the private sector.

You scare me because you want to replace our health care system with a government controlled one.

You scare me because you prefer 'wind mills' to responsibly capitalizing on our own vast oil, coal and shale reserves.

You scare me because you want to kill the American capitalist goose that lays the golden egg which provides the highest standard of living in the world.

You scare me because you have begun to use 'extortion' tactics against certain banks and corporations.

You scare me because your own political party shrinks from challenging you on your wild and irresponsible spending proposals.

You scare me because you will not openly listen to or even consider opposing points of view from intelligent people.

You scare me because you falsely believe that you are both omnipotent and omniscient.

You scare me because the media gives you a free pass on everything you do.

You scare me because you demonize and want to silence the Limbaughs, Hannitys, O'Relllys and Becks who offer opposing, conservative points of view.

You scare me because you prefer controlling over governing.

Finally, you scare me because if you serve a second term I will probably not feel safe in writing a similar letter in 8 years.

Lou Pritchett

Twilight Zone Time

This coverage, from the Wichita Eagle, of George Tiller's funeral service and eulogy is a classic demonstration of the clash of world views that dominate what increasingly appears to be post Christian America.

Tiller's son, Maury, was the only member of the family to refer to the shooting.

"I struggle with the manner in which he was welcomed into heaven," he said.

But he was comforted by memories of the last weekend, when Tiller spent time with his children.

After that, he said, "I believe that God decided, 'You have done everything I asked a person to do here on earth. Now I will show the world what a loving, compassionate, courageous, selfless man you are.' And so it happened."

Boulder late term abortionist, Warren Hern served as pall bearer.

"Floral arrangements towered around him, and his portrait sat on an easel on the left side of the altar near a large wreath that said, "Trust Women."

No back alley abortions! Never

"Despite operating without a proper permit and putting women's health at risk, Amie Newman of the pro-abortion RH Reality Check blog applauded Carhart, saying he is "uplifting, positive and based in respect for women as human beings."

She called Carhart's continuing late-term and partial-birth abortions a "circle of care and compassion."

To read more about the late George Tiller's replacement, "Partial-Birth Abortion Practitioner LeRoy Carhart Will Run George Tiller's Center"

This ought to be front page news all over the nation!

Secret Billionaires Club Seeks Population Control

THE NEW WORLD DISORDER

Secret billionaire club seeks population control
Gates, Rockefeller, Turner, Oprah, Buffett, Soros, Bloomberg attend meeting

Bill Gates

WASHINGTON – Some of the richest men and women in the world met secretly recently in New York to conspire on using their vast wealth to bring the world's population growth under control.

The meeting included some of the biggest names in the "billionaires club," according to the London Times – Bill Gates, David Rockefeller, Ted Turner, Oprah Winfrey, Warren Buffett, George Soros and Michael Bloomberg.

The meeting at the home of Sir Paul Nurse, a British Nobel Prize-winning biochemist and president of Rockefeller University, was the inspiration of Gates and took place three weeks ago.

"The informal afternoon session was so discreet that some of the billionaires' aides were told they were at 'security briefings,'" the Times reported today.

Stacy Palmer, editor of the Chronicle of Philanthropy, speculated that the secrecy surrounding the meeting may have been due to concern that "they don’t want to be seen as a global cabal."

Get the inside story on the globalist insiders who have been meeting for decades in highly guarded secret. Learn from author who penetrated Bilderbergers

According to the Times, the billionaires were each given 15 minutes to present their favorite cause. Over dinner they discussed how they might settle on an "umbrella cause" that could harness their interests. Taking their cue from Gates, the report said, they agreed population control was the No. 1 issue.

Flanders Fields

In Flanders Fields
By: Lieutenant Colonel John McCrae, MD (1872-1918)
Canadian Army

In Flanders Fields the poppies blow
Between the crosses row on row,
That mark our place; and in the sky
The larks, still bravely singing, fly
Scarce heard amid the guns below.

We are the Dead. Short days ago
We lived, felt dawn, saw sunset glow,
Loved and were loved, and now we lie
In Flanders fields.

Take up our quarrel with the foe:
To you from failing hands we throw
The torch; be yours to hold it high.
If ye break faith with us who die
We shall not sleep, though poppies grow
In Flanders fields.

On Obama, blacks and Jews

Exclusive: Alan Keyes likens prez's actions to murderous, utopian 20th century ideologies

By Alan Keyes

The 20th century could well be called the century of Holocaust. I think it had something to do with the powerful assertion of godless self-sufficiency that characterized its most deadly and infamous ideologies. The communists, the fascists, the Nazis all have this in common: that they fancy themselves creators of new worlds of human possibility, willing servants of a fantasy in which the future, wrought by human hands, will advance beyond God's limited vision of human nature to birth before the universe the superman, the everlasting Reich, the workers' paradise, the endlessly perfected revolution of hope, change and unimpeded progress. Obtusely brushing aside the intrinsic contradiction between unlimited being and the objective possibilities of existence, these fantasies of human pridefulness have ended, all of them, in murderous nightmares. They expanded the possibilities of humanity all right, but only to the extent of adding hitherto unimagined horrors.

As they are part of a people who, on account of their very existence as a people, experienced the full brunt of this murderous pride, it has always seemed incongruous to me that so many Jewish poets (using that word in its broadest sense to include all manner of creative artists) and intellectuals seem at ease with the utopian delusions of the left. According to the biblical account, the will to assimilate our own destruction is one of the principles of our nature, one of the reasons we are as we are. Just as Eve reached for the deadly fruit, so we are inclined to surrender to the siren song of future godhood that distracts us from the voice and presence of God within. Because, in a sense beyond our rational understanding, we are already what we seek to become; the urge to realize our freedom in action makes it harder for us to accept our freedom in fact. Though time and again we experience, or inflict upon others, the mortal consequences of our vain ambition, we will not let go of it.

In this sense, sincere Christian belief admonishes the pride of every non-Jewish people, for whom it represents the truth that they are not the people chosen by God to be the earthly forbears of the Son of Man. But just as it challenges their pride, so it challenges the humility of the Jews. In their different ways both Jews and non-Jews are forced to confront the responsibility it implies. But inasmuch as it is easier to accept a recognized boundary than to constitute and accept it, the Jewish responsibility may be an obligation harder to understand or to forgive. Why did God choose them to epitomize the sacrifice He makes of Himself for the sake of our existence? Why would it be for them to bear the wounds He takes upon Himself so that all may be made whole?

In its true consequence for the heart, I imagine that the experience of the Holocaust would mean sensitivity so attuned to human suffering and injustice that every such infliction upon anyone, anywhere would resonate within and break your heart anew. My Christian understanding sees this as the experience of Christ upon the cross, and therefore as a possibility made manifest first and especially in Jewish flesh and blood. But if Christ's crucifixion represents a Jewish experience, so too does his agony in the Garden, his moment of longing for a fate other than sacrifice, in which acceptance of that fate coexists in the instant with the will to push it aside, and by that rejection make for himself another fate devoid of suffering and death.

As there are some Christians who linger in the moment of crucifixion, so I imagine there are Jews who live in the moment of doubt about God's will, when we are apt to be transfixed by our own vision of peace, happiness and hope. However that may be, there are certainly similarities between the temptations of that moment, and the seductive allure of utopian ideologies that brush aside God's intention for human life in pursuit of a godlike perfection of human will and freedom. America appears to be in the midst of such temptation now, as it stands preoccupied with a man whose words promise hope and a better world, but whose deeds echo the stolid disregard for innocent life that characterized the murderous ideologies of the 20th century. The incongruity of this moment appears especially in this: that he could not have achieved his goal without the support of rich and influential people from the very community indelibly scarred by the 20th century's inhuman ambitions. Lamentably, I believe that their reward for this support will be policies that usher in the destruction of Israel and greatly encourage and strengthen the deadly aims of those in the Islamic world whose lust for its destruction has led them to ingest and act upon some of the foulest ordure left by the Nazis' dysentery of hatred for the Jewish people.

Pro-life Woman Warrior!

What a privilege to have been in the presence of Monica Migliorino Miller at Notre Dame's pro-life witness and protests over the weekend. This bold PhD professor and theologian last year searched the dumpster behind abortionist Alberto Hodari's clinic in Detroit. Her website Pro Life Society chronicles the sorry saga of children killed in the womb and scraped into surgical towels.

All kinds of little hands and feet were retrieved and subsequently Father Pavone of Priests for Life presided over a funeral and proper burial for these invisible children.

One can read this Spero News article on this horrific story or view her video, "Requiem for the Disappeared" on her site.

Dr. Miller created a photo essay of her findings and was compelled to show the invisible ones to the graduates and their families who were about to hear the most pro child killing president in history. Her boldness resulted in her arrest
along with a nun and a senior citizen gentleman who said his conscience demanded that he join her.

It is with great admiration that I show these photos I was privileged to take of this amazing individual and champion of the innocent pre-born!

Notre Dame "Permanent Collaborator Status"!!!

Ok. So now Notre Dame has "Permanent Collaborator Status"!

Not sure anyone will care.

But.

We might still use this to call attention to the dereliction of duty of Notre Dame president, Father Jenkins, and others
who have allowed this travesty.

Of course, The Collaborators Project, might have garnered more attention were it not for "World Can't Wait" - front group "Abortion on Demand - Without Apology"!

These intensely deceived individuals need a hearty dose of Theologyonline!
